The resort has a fantastic location with multiple options for dining including the newly added Italian section away from the main BBQ area. There are lots of activities to enjoy like Zumba with Viktoriya at Serenity beach, live bands or karaoke at Cafe Gloria to add fun to your stay. there's a beautiful golf course you can walk through and a petting zoo along the way.

Some guests mentioned that there was a lack of entertainment during the day and no shows at the arena, but this seems to be an issue specific to a certain time of the year.

F&B services and quality of the food (esp. in a-la-card restaurant) were excellent.

There is construction works, I hope they can finalize soon.

Cozy hotel, the best in Belek for children!!!

The staff didn't really clean the room, just changed the towels.

The food was excellent and diverse, with Italian and International cuisine amongst the options. As for activities, there were plenty of options to keep everyone entertained, like a large indoor play area for the kids and multiple pools for the whole family. the location was also ideal, with easy access to both a beautiful beach and a pier for relaxing and swimming.

Although the staff were generally friendly and helpful, sometimes it was difficult to communicate due to language barriers. it seemed that some guests were reserving sunbeds early in the morning and not actually using them for much of the day, which made it difficult to find a spot to relax by the pool.

Everything was just fair.

That the hotel does not have a proper (Mini) Market, and that I could not find any in the area outside the resort either.

This hotel offers truly luxurious amenities and excellent service. the spa and wellness centre is outstanding, with a variety of treatments and facilities such as a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, and massage rooms. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace are also very impressive, with plenty of comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas for relaxing in the sun. the beach access is wonderful, with direct access to a beautiful stretch of sand. the breakfast buffet is delicious, and the poolside snack bar is particularly impressive. the hotel provides a fantastic level of service that goes above and beyond expectations.

The only downside to this hotel is that the entertainment options can sometimes be a little underwhelming. While the night club and leisure/TV room are nice, there aren't always a wide variety of activities available.

Almost perfect.

I had an incredible time during my stay! From the moment I arrived, I felt like a special guest. The hotel facilities were fantastic and there was always something to do, whether it was lounging by the pool or taking part in one of the many activities. The location was also great, with easy access to transportation and nearby entertainment. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly. this was an amazing experience!

The hotel location is convenient and close to some key attractions. The pool area is nicely decorated and has plenty of seating options. It was great to have free Wi-Fi in the room and in all common areas.

The rooms felt outdated and in dire need of renovation. The breakfast buffet was subpar and lacked variety.
